Our Salon Policy
From the end of 2020 we will now be taking an advanced 50% booking fee on all bookings made through our online booking system, phone calls and in salon. This amount will be deducted from your total service bill in salon. We have decided to implement this policy to ensure that we can offer more reliable appointment availability and services to all of our clients.
We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or amend your booking. Failure to do this will mean you will still be charged your 50% booking fee, with discretion.
We also require all new colour service clients to have a skin test at least 48 hours prior the appointment. This is for our clients safety and wellbeing as allergic reactions can happen. If you fail to show for a skin test, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled.
Please note that if you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, your full service may be restricted. Please let us know as soon as you can if you are running late to help things run as smoothly as possible!
